Pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law of the State of New Jersey, the duties of the Borough of Wildwood Crest Planning Board include but are not limited to the development and re-examination of the municipality’s Master Plan, subdivision and site plan review and variance relief in conjunction therewith, the official map of the municipality, and the zoning ordinance of the municipality.
The Planning Board of the Borough of Wildwood Crest has nine regular members and four alternate members and meets on the first Wednesday of each month in the Court Room in Borough Hall unless such day is a national holiday.
Members of the public are invited and encouraged to attend Planning Board meetings.
